At SonPrints, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom printed specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong color, style, or design
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or misprinted
  • Incorrect compared to your order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The order is lost during shipping and confirmed by the carrier.
  • A replacement is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

Because products are made to order, orders that have entered production cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors
  • Different designs

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we may send a replacement at no additional charge.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. Resolution times may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.


Delayed Deliveries

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Incorrect shipping information

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.
