Thank you for shopping with SonPrints. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partner. Please review our shipping policy below.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All products are made specifically for each order.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

International Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type
  • Quantity ordered
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Since products may be produced at different facilities, items ordered together may ship separately and arrive on different dates.


International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide.

Customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT charges
  • Additional local fees

These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.


Delays

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak holiday periods
  • High order volumes

We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately.

If the order has not entered production, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
