1. Overview

This website is operated by SonPrints. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SonPrints.

By visiting our website and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Products

Our products are custom printed and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand partner.

Product images are mockups intended to represent the final product. Actual colors, print placement, and sizing may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, and manufacturing tolerances.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. Print-on-Demand Production

Most products are made specifically after an order is placed.

Production times typically range from 2–7 business days, although processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.

Because products are custom made, orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received before production begins.

5. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Peak seasons
  • Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

Additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply for international orders.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Ordering the wrong color or design
  • Change of mind

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The item is defective.
  • The wrong product is received.
  • The order contains a printing error.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and should include photographs showing the issue.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order enters production, cancellations, modifications, or address changes may not be possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, graphics, logos, product images, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of SonPrints and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Third-Party Fulfillment

Our products are manufactured and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Production and shipping services are performed by:

While we work closely with our fulfillment partners, shipping times and production schedules may occasionally vary.

11. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order processing, customer support, and legal compliance.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
